Not a generic template. We walk your facility, list every space, every task, and how often it's done, then print it as a laminated reference chart kept in your janitor closet.

PILLAR TWO: THE CHECKLIST CHANGES WHEN YOU DO

Your needs shift. When a task is added, changed, or done at a different frequency, we update the checklist, reprint and re-laminate it, post the new one in your closet, and email you the current version to keep and share with your staff.

Then we retrain the crew on what changed. It's a living document, not something signed once and filed away.

PILLAR THREE: QUALITY CHECKS YOU DON'T HAVE TO RUN

Our Quality Assurance Manager, our cleaning supervisor, or the owner inspects the work: daily for a new cleaner, weekly as they settle in, monthly once they've proven themselves.

We run those inspections on CleanCheck Pro, quality software we built ourselves. Every inspection is scored room by room, and every technician's results are tracked over time. We find the misses before you do.
