We have immediate openings for:

​

​Routine Janitorial Cleaners providing general office cleaning duties in offices and commercial facilities. Tasks include 

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors.

• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas.

• Clean and dust furniture, exhibit cases, pictures, chairs, door trim, light fixtures, and other horizontal surfaces.

• Wash window sills; glass in interior doors, partition, and specified windows.

• Wash glass and trim at entrance doors, interior/exterior.

• Clean bathrooms and restock paper supplies daily.

• Collect building trash daily placing it in an approved container including replacing liners in wastebaskets and placing collected trash in designated collection area for subsequent removal.

Floor Care Technicians providing cleaning and waxing of various floors surfaces including:

• Carpet

• Tile & Grout

• Strip & Wax

• Buffing & Burnishing

Requirements: 

• Prior Cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred, but not required

• Must be able to take direction, work with minimal supervision, and function cooperatively as part of a team

• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment

• Requires attention to detail, a pride in delivering excellent service, organization, and high levels of energy and endurance

• Ability to follow schedules, keep commitments & demonstrate professionalism

• Able to bend, reach and lift up to 30 pounds comfortably

• Have a valid driver’s license and your own transportation

• Follow all health and safety regulations

• Candidates must be able to successfully pass a background check, including criminal history
